Sharks! With Laser Beams Attached to their Heads!

You can't make this up.
Engineers funded by the US military have created a neural implant designed to enable a shark's brain signals to be manipulated remotely, controlling the animal's movements, and perhaps even decoding what it is feeling...Yeah, baby, yeah!
More controversially, the Pentagon hopes to exploit sharks' natural ability to glide quietly through the water, sense delicate electrical gradients and follow chemical trails. By remotely guiding the sharks' movements, they hope to transform the animals into stealth spies, perhaps capable of following vessels without being spotted.

Muwahahaha Muwahahaha!
Did you hear about the trained attack dolphins that the US Military "lost" in the Gulf of Mexico and they were worried that they would potentially kill swimmers if they came near? I wasn't sure if that was a real story at the time but with this news I don't question it!
"All I asked for were some friggin' sharks with friggin' laser beams on their heads!"
Classic.
